About the Game:
I created DarkCrown as a study project, and it was my very first game. I am trying to make a small Metroidvania that is both challenging and fun, by adding more intensity to the exploration and combat aspects of the game.
( The game is still in development, expect some bugs )
The story:
In DarkCrown, you play as a mercenary bound by a dangerous contract. Gifted with a forbidden power, you absorb the essence of fallen enemies and grow stronger with each battle. Your target is a fallen King who was once noble, now corrupted by his endless hunger for power. His cursed castle stands as the source of this decay. To claim the bounty, you must venture into its depths, where ancient secrets and relentless horrors await.

i'm quite impressed with the game, i suggest some improvement on the sword attack, i felt like the first sword swing is to fast to transition back to normal, i think it need delay before the player press the attack again.
